Coastal Bike Co offers several shipping methods for parts and bicycle delivery.

Policy on Shiping Bicycles & E-Bikes by brand

Intense - We ship Intense Bikes Australia wide. Bikes require some assembly and arrive with a tool kit

​

Amflow - We ship Amflow bikes Australia wide, please ocntact us for a shipping quote. Bikes require some assembly when they arrive. 

​

Santa Cruz - We will only ship a bike to you if there is no authorised dealer within your are, or the model is on sale or last season stock

​

Focus - We will only ship a bike to you if there is no authorised dealer within your are, or the model is on sale or last season stock

​

Orbea - We ship Orbea Bikes. All Bikes are first assembled by our mechanics inhouse and then repackaged. Bikes will need the handlebar and the front wheel installed.

​

Husqvarna - We will only ship a bike to you if there is no authorised dealer within your area. 

​

GAS GAS - We will only ship a bike to you if there is no authorised dealer within your area.

​

Norco - We will only ship a bike to you if there is no authorised dealer within your area or the bike is old stock

​

Merida - We will only ship a bike to you if there is no authorised dealer within your area or the bike is old stock

​

Transition - We ship Transition Bikes. All Bikes are first assembled by our mechanics inhouse and then repackaged. Bikes will need the handlebar and the front wheel installed.

Yeti - We ship Yeti Bikes. All Bikes are first assembled by our mechanics inhouse and then repackaged. Bikes will need the handlebar and the front wheel installed.

Ibis - We ship Ibis Bikes. All Bikes are first assembled by our mechanics inhouse and then repackaged. Bikes will need the handlebar and the front wheel installed.

Forbidden - We ship Forbidden Bikes. All Bikes are first assembled by our mechanics in house and then repackaged. Bikes will need the handlebar and the front wheel installed.

Please contact us for a shipping quote that is not eastern seaboard metro. All bikes unless stated above will be professionally built in house by our qualified mechanics prior to being repackaged for shipping

Intense Cycles - Free Shipping

Bicycle Frame: $59 to Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane. For other locations there may be an additional charge, please contact us for a quote price.

Shocks & Forks - $20 to Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane. For other locations there may be an additional charge, please contact us for a quote price.

Bike Racks - $79 Standard Shipping Rate to Metro Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane

Parts & Accessories - Express Post Satchel $15

Please note, if you select the incorrect shipping method on check out, we will contact you prior to shipping to request any additional shipping charges. Charges can be paid over the phone via credit card or direct deposit.

Prior to ordering and paying for a bike or ebike online we recommend contacting us to ensure the bike is in stock. Our website is not updated in real time and there are some discrepancies between held stock, distributor stock and not in stock items.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Some parts are on order from our Australian supplier and typically take us an additional 2-3 business days to receive them.

• Customers who provide authority for their order to be left unattended at their delivery address do so at their own risk. Coastal Bike Co will only replace orders when the order is proved lost in transit by our delivery company. IF the bike has been signed for it is the purchaser's responsibility.

• Coastal Bike Co will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries.

• If you have a larger order the order may be split up without notice and shipped on a number of consignments for ease of delivery. Tracking information for all consignments will be available.

• Delivery instructions that have been provided by the purchaser are done so at the sole discretion of the purchaser and Coastal Bicycle Company is not responsible for this.
